Factory spacer for front springs?

I was wondering if anybody still has thier factory spacers left over from their front springs after they did the 2" leveling kit. I am looking for a picture of what they look like. I just purchased a Superlift 4" lift and need a picture or part number to reference at the dealer to order them. Also does any body know what hardware is required to install the factory spacers?And just on the slight chance somebody would be willing to part with thiers I would be more than happy to pay shipping. After the lift is installed my spacers will be available to any body interested.
