I was told "bushwacker street style" by a dodge dealer owner

I cant find any such thing as street style. Who makes Bushwackers? All I can find are big honkin ugly super wide flares. Looking for smaller, more subtle style, factory look

Any references?

Bushwacker is decent, don't cheap out here. Fit and finish of the cheap stuff is bad.
Even Bushwacker is low quality compared to the Factory Flares. I owned them both.
Factory is tough Plastic with a slightly rough surface so scratches are barely visible. Bushwacker is flat semi gloss, you see every tiny scratch where a branch once touched it and left its mark.

I got my Factory ones back then from eBay as take offs, everybody that changes the wheels has to upgrade the flares on his Power Wagon. So did I a couple years later.

The extend a fenders look better at the head light area

OE style would cover where my cummins emblem is by the headlight , Youd have to remove the cummins emblem. Flares are to wide IMO

OE style

Did 3rd gen (2005) even have factory original option fender "flairs"? Im thinking 3rd gen did not

.

Oh absolutely, all Power Wagons came with flares from the factory and so all 3rd Gens had the bolt hole for 'em in the fenders.

No Comprende senior .... The link you posted are aftermarket

Ive never seen a 3rd gen with factory fender flares

Decided not going to put flairs on. Just gonna trap debris and damage the paint

I still dont think a factory fender flares were a option on a 3rd gen Cummins diesel truck . That power wagon option does not have the diesel option.

Weren't the fenders identical on the 1500 2500 and 3500?? If so, then the flairs should all fit. Who cares if it wasn't an option. If it looks good to you, go for it.
