Factory TTPMS for trailers

Has anyone ordered a 3500 and received the TTPMS sensors that the manual says are provided ?

I looked everywhere . I got the trailer Tech package but nowhere on their build site does it mention the TTPS. it explains it in the manual it says they are provided they advertise it and there is a part number but there are none in my truck and I drew a blank look from the dealer when asked. Big surprise there !

How about the 2.5 to 2 reducer and if you got the AUX switch there is a harness for that?

Did you find those?

If it was a shipped loose item the dealer needs to submit a shortage and error to get the parts or a credit. But sometimes more expensive parts that would normally be shipped loose are sent to the parts department with the VIN on them.

I did receive the Reducer , wiring harness and plugs for the fifth wheel bed holes . Just wondering if anyone has received the sensors .

Follow sag2's advice above and request a shortage.

Sounds like a dealer prep issue or they are so new that they no one knows how to do it.

If you paid for them might as well go back and try that.

Interesting, I was under the impression that the TTPMS outfitted the truck for it, but the sensors were a separate accessory. The whole thing was still unavailable, like the trailer camera setup, when I ordered mine, even though they promoted the heck out of them at the truck launch.

I just looked at the 2020 code guide and Starparts. The code guide shows the option but no description. Starparts does not show an accessory package or component parts.

Thanks for the responses . I will continue to investigate this. Tomorrow I am going to see if I can at least get it up on the screen .
