Factory U-Connect mirror

Can someone who has the factory U-Connect tell me what the two lights are for on the mirror? It looks like the one light on the right is for the auto dim. Is the other one for the U-Connect?

I checked mine last night. The one on the right

is for the mirror auto dim feature. I could not get the

light on the left to light up. The book does not mention

what it is either.

Perhaps it's not a light, but it's the microphone for the hands free cell.

Then again, maybe I've been talking to a light !!!!

Thanks for the replys. I am wondering if it is the sensor for the auto dim? I am going to try shining a light at it and see if it triggers the auto dim.

I believe it is. My Pacifica has the same mirror and the

little light looking device on to the left is the sensor

for auot dimming.
