I am looking for something to renew the plastic on the bumpers, doors, mirrors etc. I've heard of a product called "Bumper Black", but nowhere seems to carry it. Have you tried anything that lasts any amount of time?
Buy a few bottles Of Back to black as you can't allways find it. I swear they put crack in it as I cannot live without it. 2 coats buffed out and plastic looks better than th efactory intended. It is a nice satan finish and not Bling Bling Wet"N"Shiney looking.
i used the spray paint stuff made for bumpers from the local VIP auto on my old truck. cleaned them up good, then sprayed them. only lasted for a year, before starting to rub off, but looked real good for a $3 can of paint.
Leatherall works really well for me. Have to do some searching around, but it leaves plastic not necessarily shiny, but makes it look lush and deep again.
I tried forever black , It looked good for about 2 months then it started peeling. It reminded me of black shoe polish. I used the cleaner that came with it but must not have done a good job of prep.
