Tow bar for Dodge

Hey Gang, I have 50 K on this 99 Aotomatic with all the Bells and i need a new Belt. . Is there a Belt out there that you all recomend???I'd like something that will do better than 5ok miles and Wher do we Buy it? tks

Every one says use the Goodyear Gatorback but I couldn't find one, so I used one from "Geno's". Seems to be OK and does not chirp. I had 74000 on the original.

autozone out here in AZ can get the Gatorback special ordered for about $26.

when I ordered mine, the wrong one can in so it's in the tool box ready when the OEM belt is to be replaced. I accepted the non-Gatorback as I was heading out on the hwy's and did not want to not have a spare.

I got my gaterback from Carparts.com, but since JCwitney bought them the prices have been the same as the local dealers, not worth paying the frieght. I thought Geno's sold the Gaterback also? I would have bought it from them but I had an order in with Carparts.com so I added it to the list to save on shipping

Goodyear Gatorback. Goes for around 25 bucks or so from Summit Racing and other places.

Geno's

I needed a spare belt, so I ordered the one Geno's had. It is a DAYCO Poly Cog Gold Label. Looks like a quality product, and I'm tempted to put it on and use the origional as a spare. Not realy a fan belt expert, never hear of the gatorback.

While I was muzzling the KDP, I sent my wife out to buy a belt. The original was off, so I figured I'd put on a new one and keep the OEM as a spare. She brought home a NAPA belt. So far, so good. Very quiet, but so was the OEM. I evidently have a non-chirping truck.
