Hi

Can anyone tell me the ez-way to lock my fan clutch up full time?

I no all the draw backs of doing this but I live near Death Valley and it's warm to say the least, in all the years here I can't say the fan has kicked in 2 or 3 times but it's overheated more than that. Tired of F*@$%*+$) around with it.

Thanks for your help

Have you checked the radiator. The breather bottle if its allowed to fill up will blow over and eventually cover the radiator reducing cooling ability. Bugs and dirt will also fill in the fins over time.

I had a fan clutch lock up on an old gas rig on a road trip. Pulling the hills it would over heat since the engine had to work hard. You'd be amazed at how much power it takes to spin that fan.
