So I bought a Fass 95 series fuel system last fall, thinking it would be the best thing for lift pump replacement. Well little did I know, the filters are only available through Fass, (or dealers of Fass) so the other day when I punctured a filter I was stranded, looked all over to find a replacement, to no avail. Had I known this I would have NEVER bought this model of FASS pump. Anyone else run into this problem or have a sound solution?

What filters? Does the 95 use the same one's as the 150? I use the FleetGuard HYDRALIC filter, HF 6604 and a FleetGuard water seperator FS 1023, with the drain on the bottom. These are Available from any Cummins shop across the country.

The 95 uses a much smaller filter that the 150, I wish i would have know this from the start! I would have spent the extra few bucks for the 150, Im gonna talk to my vendor tomorrow about it and see about buying a 150 and selling my 95, I love the pump but I'm not gonna mail order filters forever!

Oh, okay. Probably a good idea. Did you ask this question over on BITOG? All those guys do over there is cross reference filters, it's pretty cool.

Hey, it says on BITOG you can use a FleetGuard FF 5712 filter (3 micron) and a FleetGuard FS 19768 as a water seperator! Maybe worth an investigation at the closest Cummins shop? These two filters fit the FASS 95 Series pump. I'd check 'em out, I don't know.
