Ill be redundant and post a quote from myself a few weeks back from another thread:
"Everyone is so eager to point out issues with the FASS. Great! It’s my job to handle them. AND i do to best of my abilities. BUT remember, people come on to these forums to ask questions about problems they are having in most cases. Yes you do see a good plug now and then, but you mainly see issues and questions. ALSO the people on the forums are a VERY small sample of the actual population. (BUT I would have to admit a very well informed bunch) We have about 15,000 pumps on the market right now. In that amt you are bound to see some issues. AND I can say that a fair amt of problems are customer induced (Improper install, faulty pick up, gauge issue, etc. ). And some are on us. This is why i am here to help get these units working 100%. "
When there are more Walbros on the market, I’m sure you will start seeing issues pop up here and there. Like I said above…. not all issues are pump related. Some are customer/truck induced. All that I ask is that you give us a fair shake as you would anyone else. Don’t get scared off by what you see on the title page of the forum search page. Rather, read the thread and see what was going on. I feel I have been honest and open with all the FASS threads I have handled, and please feel free to post any questions you might have so I can make you feel better about the FASS/HPFP. Might I suggest PMing members with a FASS and ask them how they feel about the system? I could tell you all day long how great the FASS is but I feel that if you asked one of our happy customers, that will mean more.
But to answer your question, anything with a VP-44: 95 GPH is plenty... . no matter what you do to the truck.
