Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fass 95

Good morning friends. I installed the FASS 95 system on my 2000 Ram 2500 CTD a few years ago and it seems to be working great. However, is it normal for the pump motor to not run every time the truck is started? I can hear it running after the truck is started and only sometimes when I start it. Thanks in advance for any info.

The lift pump should not run until after you bump the starter. Just turning it to the on position shouldnt activate it

just turning it on should cycle the pump... just not as long as bumping the starter... I would check powers and the cheap relay that they come with...
