Anybody out there have a FASS/Airdog/Glacier Diesel setup with the replacement in-tank pump? If so, what was the setup... leave the pump in place or replace it with the stock pickup? I need to do something b/c that thing is only putting out 8 psi and I really don't want to have my VP crap out again.

Brandon,

Ditch the in-tank pump and replace with factory pick up module or Vulcan straw, etc.

My thinking is the in tank pump would be a definite restriction to a higher flow and psi pump causing undue strain on it.

Contact a Dodge dealer and see if they will save an original module that they take out of another victim's truck.

Godspeed,

Trent

Trent,

That was my thought as well... just wasn't exactly sure what I needed to do to replace it... thanks for the info.

I'm running the in-tank pump plus a Carter mounted on the frame. This plus the Vulcan Big line kit gets me 25psi at idle and 22psi @ WOT.

I thought I was having fuel pressure problems with this system but it turned out to be my gauge (found that out after changing LP).

Anyway, if this system holds up I'll be more than happy with it. Oh... I also added two Glacier "universal' filters on either side of the Carter... . 20 micron w/water seperator and a 2 micron.
