I have the FASS system on my truck and it works great. I noticed some people here are still using the stock filter with the FASS. I would like to do the same so that I will have the heater and the WIF indicator and water drain. Can someone give details on what it takes to do this? Can I get a fitting and let the FASS pump push the fuel through the stock pump? Do I need to remove the stock pump and use something else? If so what do I need?

I had a buddy make me a fitting that replaced the stock pump and allowed me to put the fule line directly into the canister. I have some pic's of the part he made. I just removed the pump and brought it to him so he could see the 4 mounting points and the o-ring for the seal. I think wildcat diesel had some kind of fitting but it only used the two top bolts and I wanted all four.

Here are the pic's. It could be made easier using a flat plate and a hose barb fitting. The only thing that really matters are the 4 mounting holes and the shoulder for the o-ring.

That looks like what I need on my truck. I guess I will have to take the filter assembly off and get an adaptor made somewhere.

Diesel Dynamics includes just such an adaptor with their pusher pump kit. I was told by Keith there that they would not sell it as a separate piece. :( I believe Scotty is going to offer a kit also with the adaptor and there is rumor he will sell the adaptor separate.

Being unable to find a convenient way to obtain an adaptor, I have decided to run a pusher in series with the stock pump. I know there are a few people out there doing this. My pusher will essentially be a booster to the stock pump. Down the road, if someone wises up and starts selling the adaptor plates, I'll buy one. Details of my fuel delivery system are in this thread: Project Number Two

I bought an Air Dog system from their home office in Missouri, I spoke with Larry about this very issue and he was able to fix me up with a fitting to remove the stock lift pump and push the fuel through the factory filter, I have been way to busy to have time to put it on but speak to Larry, I'm sure he can help you out.
