FASS- customer service

I want to let everyone know about the great customer service I recieved from Brad at Diesel performance product ( the maker of the FASS system). My PE4200 pump went out and I needed to get my truck back on the road ASAP. I called Brad Friday afternoon and picked up my new FASS system on Friday evening.

Gotta agree with that

I just had a FASS installed on my truck and had a couple of questions regarding increasing fuel pressure. I called after hours and left a message. Very prompt return call with all the answers. Brad seems to be just as quality as the product he makes. I just wish more people I deal with had the same attitude.
