So I got my FASS installed and forgot to note where the gauge port was:{ before I have to drop the unit out just to see where the "G" port is I thought i'd see if anyone could describe it's size and location so I don't have to remove anything.

Mine is up near the return line fitting, facing toward the frame. It'll be funn getting anything in there without dropping the FASS.

Buy a "T" fitting that will fit onto the VP44 fitting and the fuel supply line. The leg of the "T" can be necked down to fit your fuel pressure sending hose. This measures fuel pressure at the VP which is what you really want to know.

I put my fuel pressure sender in the fass and the gauge was very jumpy



also i just moved my sender yesterday and found out that i lost 5-7psi from the fass to the Injection pump And the gauge isnt jumpy anymore

well For everybodys info,

I put my electric fuel pressure sender in the top of the banjo fitting of the inlet of the 7100 and it vibrated so much it desroyed the sender last night and fuel went all over:mad:



so all in all dont do that:-laf

I know it's apples to oranges, but I've had the LP light switch in the FASS for over 1. 5 years now without any problems... and it does still work.



I fully intend to install a FP gauge, but it will be installed in a "T" fitting about 12" from the CP3...

thanks for the links guys, Think I'll call mr. OPoole tomorrow, I like that this product looks like it has the pushlock barbs with yellow washers to match the FASS stuff
