Archived FASS install problem...Not Running!

Been working on installing my FASS system today and have a problem. The place on the injector pump where they want you to install the incoming fuel line is not usable because of my Jacobs Exhaust Brake vaccum pump is there and there is not enough clearance for the fitting! I was wondering:



1. Is there a way to use the existing banjo bolt and plug my fuel line into it?

2. Can I route the FASS system through factory filter housing to get my fuel through that way?



Monday is fast approaching... ...

You could do either one of the options you listed but at a reduced flow rate.

When I installed my FASS, I ran it into the back of the factory fuel filter housing and ran larger high flow banjo's from genos garage into the VP. This way I have a 2nd filter and all the stauff that goes with it. Fuel pressure has never been below 12 at the VP. Good Luck!
