Don't get me wrong, I am all Dodge - Cummins but my friend has an 05 Chevy Duramax 3500 4x4 Dually 4 door.

Heres the story,

I had purchased a 150 GPH FASS and upgraded to the 200GPH FASS on my Dodge Ram. So at this time I had a spare pump.

After riding with my friend in his Chevy Duramax with his bullydog on extreme, I thought to myself, this thing is a slug. When he would get into the throttle It sounded like it wanted to go but wouldnt. Nothing like my Dodge at all.

Well all that changed tonight.

My mistake, I sold him the FASS 150 with filters. We installed it with a manual fuel gauge. Took it for a test drive and WOW. No more surge and trying to go it just moved out.

I told him that the extreme mode felt stronger since the install of the FASS but he said in reply. No I am only on the performance level. Uh ohh? I thought.

So he pulled off the side of the road, downloaded extreme and Man I tell you this duramax really has some potential now. The extreme mode did not trip the computer into limp mode like it used to before the FASS.

He told me he was looking for a dodge to out run. My reply was... . You're going to need a bit more than just the fass to run like my Dodge does.

Anyway, Long story short, I really think since GM does not put an inline pump to feed the cp3. The FASS is like night and day on the GM trucks.

My FASS really woke mine up too but no nearly as much as the Chevy.

Im DODGE to the end !!!

Just thought it was worth posted. Please don't beat me up too much !!!

I'm a dodge boy, but I respect the new LBZ Dura. My wifes truck kills mine, and gets much better MPG too.
