Well I just installed my FASS fuel pump and so far..... along with a trip to california, it is working perfectly

Mounted it to a mount on my Nerf bar and the filters extend down a bit but it is OK for now.

No pictures but everything went well... took my 2 carters off and extra wiring and did all the new wiring and stuff...

I Re-used my mechanical Regulator and plumbed the return of it to the inlet of the pump so now it dont have to work hard to pull fuel.

We will see how long this lasts... .

I had the pre-screen in the fuel pick-up clog and run the fass dry,so I cut the screen out no more problems. BTW Vulcan enterprises sells a draw straw to make sure the FASS stays in fuel.

I don't think I will have that problem as I have the return to the tank but I also have the excess pressure from the regulator going back to the inlet of the pump so the pick up screen should be OK like this.

I see 15# at idle and no less than 13 at WOT.
