Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) FASS LP Not Running

Hi all, got a question. I put a full Fass on my friends 99 a month ago, and now its not acting right. I hooked up my Modis and it shows the LP is running when the motor is, but when I feel it, its dead. When I turn the key on, it runs a second, but when I bumped the starter for the 25 sec. run, it just 'growls' for a second or so. I haven't checked the voltage yet, but I'm curious if anyone has any ideas on what might be causing the problem. Thanks for the help.

New or used FASS? Did you check all the easy stuff? Relays, fuses, etc...

New FASS. Fuses ok. Switched several relays around. Still no luck.

I had a wiring problem that caused mine to quit. New harness and no more problems.
