FASS noise

Just installed a FASS 150gph stand alone pump on my truck. Previously I had a Walbro pump and dual filters on the frame under the cab (Walbro died). Removed the old pump and mounted the new FASS to the bed, by the tank. Now I have a loud, high pitched,whiney noise, but the wired thing is that its not from the pump. I installed new hose from the tank to the pump, and from the pump to the dual filters on the frame. The noise is coming from the old fuel line that goes from the filters to the CP3 pump. Why is it so loud. You can easily hear it out side and inside the truck with it running. Im running the FASS pump at 16 psi, the Walbro was 18. Im lost???
