Alright folks, which system is better? Ive got my DTT paid for just waiting for some time to drop the truck off for an install :) make that :D I cant wait!

Any way I want to upgrade the lift pump and filtration. Im curious if the 3micron from either company keeps flow high enough? It will be awhile before I get to 500 ponies, if ever, but Im building the rest of the truck to "handle" 500hp if I want to go there. Thanks for any replies.

Since the Airdog recently doubled their prices they are waaay overpriced. I think I heard over 1000. 00. No way would I spend that on a fuel filter/pump. I'd check out the FASS.

I have been running an Airdog with no problems at all, love it... . plus there is less need for a fuel pressure gauge due to the fact that built in with the airdog, is a low fuel pressure light... . I like that, plus the instal of the FASS if you are short box, will cost more due to the fact it is larger in size, the Airdog is best in the short boxes, IMO. Either one is a good product though... . good luck.

I have an Airdog and my personal opinion based on what I've seen and read is that the Airdog is better. However, after Airdog raised the price I would go with the FASS. You can buy 2 FASS for the price of an Airdog now...

Take a look at the RASP also, more than FASS less than Airdog but its all mechanical, no pumps.

Why not run a hi-po fuel pump and a filter, do your own kit for less than $200??

I talked to the guy that developed the airdog system and it seemed to me he was doing a fancy system similar to what I mentioned above.

With 1/2" fuel lines and an 80 gph pump (more on the FASS) I'm not concerned about the fuel supply with the Air Dog. They claim no loss of fuel pressure even at WOT. I can really tell a difference by SOP and by the pyrometer. You've also got to love the extra fitration. The AirDog is a very good product, complete and simple to install and the customer support was excelent. I sure hate to hear of the price increase.

If you do a search, Roger Rodbolt replied to a thread where he told the differences between the Air Dog and FASS acouple of months back.
