I'm paranoid about the Dealer retrofit in-tank pump and leaning towards a frame mounted pump-either a FASS Platinum or Air Dog II. I heard the Air Dog eliminates need for the OEM filter bowl. Is that the case for the FASS Platinum too? Any reliability issues with either pump despite the lifetime warranties?
