I am wanting to turn up the pressure on my fass. I can't find anyone that has the different springs to adjust it. I tried calling different dealers around here as well as scheids. All of them told me to call fass. I live maybe a half hour away from DPP, so I called them thinking they would let me come by and purchase a new spring or two. Called them, they told me to call a dealer so what gives??? Can somebody help??!! Thanks

I have the full fass 150 system right now I run 13 psi idle right now. I'd like to get that up to maybe 17psi idle because I can pull it down to around 10 psi @wot now.

I just purchased the hpfp 150gph to replace my current 95gph, the thing right off the bat started leaking from the weep hole, only on the truck for 5 minutes. I was given a phone number by my dealer, the same results they will not talk with you at all, no customer service what so ever. My dealer didnt get the answers we were looking for either, just give us a $350 core charge, ship it back at your cost and we will fix the broken one and send it back to you, no time line or nothing. I even posted on here a few days ago hoping for some answers and nothing. Would like to know why a new pump fluctuates in pressure from 12-17 and why it leeks out the weep hole. Anyway good luck to ya.

Did you put the strainer in front of the pump? Have you done any mods to the tank module. The reason that I am asking is that all of these pumps(FASS, Walbro, Etc) are really funny about trash. I had a FASS do this is the only reason I know. The other reasons you see a pressure drop like that is an air leak between the FASS and tank module or there maybe a pinched oring in the pump itself.

I believe he has the FASS system, not just the pump if I read that correctly.

This was suggested to me, I thought it was butch, but it probably works. There are two "other" ways to increase pressure. You can remove the spring and stretch it slightly or you can add a washer under the spring (to further compress the current spring).

Farms, I have no strainer in tank, draw straw, 3/8 line to the pump with strainer they provided, and 8an lines with no banjos, all the way to the VP, I am currently running there 95gph with no problems whatsoever just wanted that extra fuel for my HRVP.

The strainer that they provided should be good enough. Sounds like something internal. I was just making sure there was a strainer before the FASS pump.

Haven't gotten around to putting it in yet; been too busy, but I assume that it will. If it doesn't I will let you know. Thanks agian for the exceptional customer service! You have my continued business as well as anyone else I can throw your way.

A FASS dealer, they should have some otherwise they order them. How much more press do you need, if its only a little yo could stretch the spring to bring it up a few psi.

If you trace your hoses, it will be under the fitting that returns excess fuel to the tank... should come off the body of the FASS lower and to the front...

The fitting is o-rings, so no sealer is needed. Remove the hose from there (a compression fitting), it will leak some fuel out... probably less than a cup. Then remove the fitting from the body of the FASS... there will be a spring and a popit ball in there... make sure the ball doesn't get away...
