Does anybody know where you can buy fass fuel pressure regulators online? I installed the 95 gph fass on my 99 2500, the fp is a steady 22 psi. I would feel more comfy having the psi a little bit lower. I would never ever want to subject my VP to higher fp than what it is use to. ;)

You just need to change the fuel pressure spring in the pump itself to change pressure. I don't have a fass so I can't tell you what to do, but maybe someone else with chime in about how to change the pressure.

Call your dealer and get a different spring... I believe they offer a 12psi spring (what I'm running).

To replace it, remove the fitting in the fass that returns fuel to the tank... there is a spring and checkball under there so be careful not to lose the ball. Simply replace the spring with a lower PSI version. The fitting is O-Ringed, an I believe it is 7/8 inch and 3/4 inch fittings. There will be little to no fuel drain out (not messy) during the changeout.

Very simple process.

Ok, heres my on going question that seems to get me thinking everytime anyone talks about after market fuel systems... . ok, when you have a 150 gph fass, and it is running 23 psi at idle, 22 psi at cruising speed, and WOT it is maybe 20 or 19 psi. This is from my buddies 24V dodge. Ok, so if you regulate it to 12psi, will it still only pull down 3 psi or so under WOT, or will it pull down more?? I guess what i want is constant psi with changing volume. Does the Fass system get this done??? THanks

I would change the FASS spring before I tried to regulate it... you'd just be adding an un-needed restriction.
