Fass Pump wiring

Newly purchased truck. 2nd night I parked it the key came out in the accessory position and the Fass Pump (apparently hooked to the accessory circuit) ran the battery down.
Shouldn't the pump relay be tied into a circuit that comes on with the ignition?
Where is the proper place to wire in the Fass Pump Relay?

Can you give me an idea where in the engine bay that wire will be found?
I realize it is coming from the ECM, but unsure where it is located.

It should be near where the original fuel pump was. Driver side rear of block,the pigtail on the pump was only about 6 inchmes long
