2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission fass pump

fass 95/150 what i need to know is the pump i have going south my psi is all over the place i know that when i put it on it worked great please help

GIve them a call. As long as you registered your pump they'll take care of it.

How's the truck running? Do you have an electrical gauge? If so I would go back over all the wired electrical connections to the gauge before doing any thing else just to eliminate that parameter. Be sure to check your grounds and power supply to the pump as well.

If that all checks out then I would investigate the pump, even go so far as to call FASS for some trouble shooting tips. Is your FASS one of the lifetime warannty units? Let us know what it turns out to be.

every think works fine this has been happning for some time know this will be 5th springs sow far

Check the check ball behind the pressure regulating spring for damage.

i just put a new one 9 mouths so then what. it looks good this pump keeps braking the springs

its still hard but if this the problum how do i get a new one and doe these go soft one a year
