Got my FASS system on today, and got the Vulcan Drawstraw put in the fuel module. Truck runs great, but I've got a fuel leak on the top of the tank at the fitting that the vent hose, or what ever you call it goes to. Its the hose that goes from the middle of the filler neck to the top of the tank. I never had the tank end of the hose off, but I did loosen the clamp up so I could rotate it, it was rubbing the FASS supply line. I know I tightened it though. At first I thought the fuel running down the tank was from what was left in the original fuel supply line, but I drove the truck probably 20miles after filling up, even steamed the tank off half way home at work, and I still have fill collecting around that fitting. Could I have cracked it when I tightened the clamp, or did I just overfill the tank? I usually fill it till I can just start to see fuel in the neck where it starts to bend up towards the bed.

By "system" I assume you have the filter and water seperater on the Fass unit. Did you take out the stock filter housing and all fuel lines? If not you could have fuel making it back there from the housing.

I had some spilled fuel inside my frame that had leaked off onto the top of the tank making it appear like I had a leak. Check that too.
