Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fass

I have to change the Injector pump on my friends 01. She had the pump in the fuel tank changed because it wasn't putting out properly and most likely damaged the injector pump. But I've been told that the pump that they put into the tank isn't that good either. I have a 97 and don't know much about the 01's. Is the FASS a good pump or is there another? Help me with an education.

Go Airdog! Fewer problems/zero, plus if you need to you can talk to someone at the company.

the FASS fuel/air systems are the best right now. my uncle has one in his truck and loves it and it looks sweet too.

I don't think you can go wrong with Fass or Airdog..... both are great pumps & very reliable.

Agreed, and you can throw the Glacier Wlabro in for good measure when looking.

FASS HPFP here, the new pumps seem to be doing very well. I have installed 5 or 6 in the last month & the have been quiet as well.



If she has the in-tank pump, you will need the draw straw 2 or some equivalent. You can't draw the fuel through the in-tank pump.
