Not to Hi Jack your thread ramman-mn but I see LowFly is a warranty technician for FASS, My question to him is when I bought my 95/150 and it was missing the ball for the return line, The dealer that I bought it from actually wanted me to pay for the shipping for you guys to send me the parts that the pump never came with. He said that FASS would warranty the missing parts but wouldn't pay for shipping? Is this even possible? After I let him know my true feelings with FASS at that point (I wasn't very diplomatic) he was more then happy to pay for the shipping. I was just wanting to know if that was truly FASS's customer service policy or was the dealer just trying to make a little more coin? Thanks
and it still in two the spring is junk man i would like to get it fixed but i dont know :-laf
A good dealer like RIP prolly would've overnighted it free. I have made dozens of orders from them and on the rare occasion an issue arises, they have gone beyond to rectify it.
LowFly, Just to clarify I did get the ball from you guys shipped to me overnight free of any charges, It was my dealer that I bought it from that was telling me that you guys won't pay for the shipping, but after I showed my lack of diplomacy over the phone he was very apologetic and said he would take care of it. I just wasn't sure who was trying to extract the money from me for something that I had already payed for once. I guess it's irrelevant at this point because the problem was rectified in a quick manor and for that I was grateful.
