fast coolers with 6 speed on 4x4 read

Just a heads up for you 6 speed 4x4 owners running the fast coolers. I was at pismo beach a month ago and a couple of times heard a clunk in the front end when towing some friends out. (getting on it pretty good trying to yank out truck trailer combo). Any way, i looked all over the front end and didnt see anything. Well today i checked the oil through my lexan cover on the drivers side of the trans and noticed a mark on the front driveline and one of the bolt heads that holds the cooler on. Apparently under load/articulated conditions they are hitting. I am going to throw it in the mill and take a 1/2 inch off. I already did it to the pass side as i needed more clearance on the exhaust side. FYI, my truck has a 2 inch leveling kit, no other suspension mods.

Very interesting Phil. I haven't done any serious off roading in my rig since I installed the Fastcoolers, I'll have to crawl under and check for clearance issues.
