Yep, that's Maddog(Richard) he ran an 11. 04 up here at Truckfest this year. Twin turbos @ 120 psi of boost. 12 valve Cummins

Ah, that explains it. A friend at work who laughs at winged Civics with me sent me that link. I thought it was probably the fastest street driven combine powered Ford on the planet but no, it powered by a CUMMINS!!!
