Fast Idle Accessory Kit

I am a brand new Dodge-Cummins owner and new subscriber to TDR. I am impressed with each!! I'm aware that prolonged idling is discouraged but don't enjoy spending several minutes in the cab allowing the turbo to cool each time I stop. I remember reading somewhere about a fast-idle kit for Cummins engines that will cause an idle speed of approximately 1100 rpm. Can anyone offer opinions on the use of this accessory and steer me to a source for this kit? All opinions and advice will be appreciated. Harvey Barlow, Lubbock, TX. '01 3500 HO/6spd 4 x 2 Quad SLT.
