FCA Duty Cycle

Somebody help me with the logic here: Just got HPtuners hooked up and was messing around with the truck idling when I noticed that for the FCA duty cycle, when it was requesting 40% at idle, the actual duty cycle was like 1600%. Is that just indicative of a bad FCA or a bad pump?

I would say bad tuner that doesnt tell you real stuff.

Can you say "Call Manufacturer" and ask what's up with this.

I guess, but its a brand new HpTuners. I also installed my old non-bosch FCA and checked it again and same target duty cycle but now the actual is reading 2-3%
