Do stock emergency 2500's get a larger suspension lift than those offered to the general public?

If you have the 2015 calendar, look at the white 2500 that is part of LAFD's fleet.

I would imagine it is privately owned by a fire fighter and he put a small lift on it along with all the other bells and whistles...
Seeing as their are no logos on the truck, I don't think it is part of their fleet. The name is listed here and it doesn't say LAFD.

You might be right. In most states it's illegal to run red/blue lights unless you are a first responder. So I assumed it was a city or county vehicle. You can run yellow/orange, but not blue/red.
