If youre shooting between 50 and a hundred yards unless its total garbage it can't be that off

I have no direct experience with the Federal Scopes. However, I do have a Weaver, among others. They are in partnership with Federal (Alliant Technologies Company). Its worth a try, if it doesn't work out, send it back! That being said, prefer click adjustments on the windage and elevation adjustments. No friction adjustments. Watch the parallex, the reticle will move when you move your head and the outer edges of the field view will have abberations, out of focus and distorted. If it displays these qualities, send it back! Otherwise, as long as you can see your intended target, clearly, the reticle is in focus(user adjustable on most scopes by turning the eyepiece), and you have proper W/E adjustments with no backlash, you're good to go! A great deal, to bootOo. !! GregH

Thanks for the input guys. Yeah i was just looking for something to take me out to 100yds. I figure i'll give it a shot; as long as the warranty's there i should be ok. I bought the gun with sights so i could have the option of both but something about me always wants to take it out farther. I'll give it a shot
