flares

I havent seen any pictures of Bushwackers extend a fender set up on a new Dodge. If you check out www.roadarmor.com one of the guys has a nice red dually with the cut outs. Said they are made for last years body style but fit fine and he didnt cut it to install them. Had plenty of room for the tires just needed coverage.

Flares

Unless you have a big set of tires, I think the bushwackers are too far out. I have a set of EGR's and I like the way they follow thoe body lines of the dodge

Was looking for lite lenses for replacements and found that Pacer Performance Produsts has flares and some other interesting stuff. The home page is:

(never did get the "hang" of naming a url).

Hope this is of interest to some.

I put a set a Bushwhacker extendaflares on mine. With the stock tires they do stick out more than necessary. But they look very nice, and I've had alot of positive comments on there looks. Perhaps the standard Bushwhacker flare would be better. But it's hard sometimes when your picking stuff out of book.

The other caution I'll mention was that they didn't do a thing for stone chips. In fact I got more, since the stones not only ding off the lower panels they now ding up the rear flares as well. I'am waiting until I can do without the truck for a few days then I will have all the lower silver repainted in Dura Guard and put on a set of mud flaps. Pete
