Fender Liner (Splash Guard)

I blew out a Michelin RIB inflated to 80psi (bad valve stem) and wrecked the fender liner.
Anyone know where I can get a right rear fender liner (splash shield) for a 95 2500 4x4? Is this a dealer only item? No luck searching the internet, so far.

Fender Liner source

After much searching I found a source for 2nd Gen fender liners at a decent price:

Part number for a rear plastic fender liner is 55346010. This is a Crysler OEM part and was delivered to me for $49. 10, including the $10 UPS charge for delivery. This is close to half of what my local dealer wanted.
