Let's see... If you are getting the PSD standard of 10 in the city and you up it by the HLA max of 35% you are getting 13. 5MPG in the city. About what a Dodge gets on the highway pulling a fully loaded trailer.
I also think I've seen toilets with a bladder in the tank that work in a similar way to make up for the low volume flushing...
