still no 5th or 6th gears hot after repairs

Rising oil level, early "Change Engine Oil" message on DIC.

Good evening gentlemen,
I'm in need of new tires and to ease the pain I'm looking into a set of 4th gen takeoffs. My question lies with the tpms sensors. What is needed to program them to work on my 08 2500?

Second question lies with gauges. I'm fairly certain the previous owner swiped a gauge before he traded the truck in, long story short, my 3 gauge pod has 2 in it and 1 that works. I'm going for a pyro, a boost gauge, and a trans temp gauge.

Thoughts on Glowshift gauges? I don't want to spend a pile on guages but at the same time I'm not afraid to spend a little money. What special stuff do I need to properly install the trans temp gauge on the 68RFE?

Thanks in advance!

GlowShift is over priced junk, buy the ISSPRO EV2 for a quality gauge.

Depending on how you want to measure temp and use it will dictate where you put the probe. Cooler output line gives you the fastest reacting temps, pan gives you heat soak and slower to react to conditions.

In my opinion referring to US as gentlemen is streching it a little !
Another words just call us diesel nerds, your not going to get any Brownie points being a gentleman.
Do a little research by googling, binging, checking out Genos garage catalog on gauges.
And yes I am accused of sniffing to much diesel fuel!

I second the isspro ev2’s. Here’s a set on my second gen which is for sale btw!

The 2008 TPMS is much simple system compared to the 4th gen trucks so, I don't think the 4th gen sensors will work in your truck!
I run my summer tires without any TPMS sensors in the wheels. I am always changing the rear tire air pressure from 45 PSI for a better ride to 70 PSI when I tow my trailer. The truck ride is way to bounces when the rear tires are inflated to 80PSI with no load in the bed of the truck. The TPMS system wants to see 80 PSI in the rear tires so, I get a ding every time I start the truck, four to be exact. I do check my tire air pressure in both vehicles the first of the every month. The tires in both my truck and my wife's vehicle are within the set point I use +/- 2 PSI. My winter tires have them in since these are the stock rims and tires size. But the TPMS system always dings twice since the rear tires are aired only to 45PSI.

The TPMS sensors are for the "DINKS" who do not know which end of a screwdriver to use! The reason for the TPMS sensors in the first place. Was due to the Ford Explores turning turtle and the DINKS asked why do I need to check air pressure in the tires. Back in the 90's.
