Coked Injectors

Hey All, kinda new to bio-fuels and just wondering what everybody's doing for filtration. . I'm guessing that 5 micron is the accepted norm. On a side note, I did order the DSE, but my wife, in all her infinite wisdom, tossed my booklet:rolleyes: so now I'm kinda starting from scratch. To begin with (and after reading everybody elses posts), I think I just want to filter and blend. Thanks, Tom.

A non paper based element , any water that goes in will damage the filter , then micron size , I like the idea of as small as your can get , 5 is good but 2 is better , no truck in your signature , what are you going to burn it in ?
I'm still of the opinion that the blending is not good , its going to take more info for me to think that it does no harm in the long run .

Sorry John. My truck's a '93 w250 auto. I know what you mean regarding the skepticism, but I feel my truck's past "the long run" and right now I'm kinda looking forward to experimentation (and $$ savings). Ask me later how I feel when the IP goes south or worse, cylinders need bored. Don't get me wrong, I love my truck (and I've had many) but I feel at this point I can afford to experiment.
