Thanks, TDR Staff

Owned my first Cummins for 22 hours and my first post.

First CTD 04.5 2500

So excited. Bought my first diesel and dream truck exactly what I wanted thanks to my wife. Finally retired my 99 Silverado 1500 with almost 300k miles. 03 Laramie long bed 4door 3500, 148k original, 4.10s. PO owned it for 13 years, full service record, even the transmission and diffs serviced per owner manual. Mint inside and out (minus one dent from the 87 year who owned) bone stock minus tires and rims. I was nervous about auto but i guess stock power and common sense the 48re isn't to bad. I'm a master diesel tech so I'm excited about the injectors and turbo set up. Leaving it stock minus air, exhaust, transmission upgrade and guages. 28 year old with 3 kids, wife and home owner in Puget sound so 100% realiabity is top. Thanks anyone who needs help in repair department I have my own shop on the side and love to help other diesel owners trucks and equipment at extreme discounts. Sometimes just trade labor for labor you just pay for parts. I just enjoy fixing things.

It's weird getting used too! I never had one just tool boxes but I'm already getting used to it. Be taking my backup camera off my Chevy to aid in trailers and other cars since it throws my depth perception way off lol

Yes a topper spoils you to being able to just throw items in the back. Mine locks with the fob so that makes it nice also. Love my topper during hunting season since I just leave everything in the back.
