Ok, so this is probably like old news to everyone, but I found this website while surfing the net today. There is a system avaliable for your boat, truck, or RV that you can watch while goign down the road. It looks to be affordable when you speak of programing. Who knows how much the system is. I am sure someone on here has one, or has seen one. But, that is like really cool. See the following website for details.

Dude that is soooo 2003 LOL! Anyways it works the same as XM in a sense. You have signal when you do. And when ya don't ... ya hang up and the picture resumes. Annoying but bareable
