First Tow with Truck

Trailer Hop

Well I can finally hang out with you guy's in Towing, Hauling, and RV Forum. I just ordered a Wildcat fifth wheel. It's the 29bhbp which is a bunkhouse with a single slide. Hopefully, I should see it in about 10 weeks. Also, My truck is going in on the 29th to have a PullRite SuperGlide installed with the optional SuperRails. Now I just need to decide on a Brake controller. The prodigy seems to get a lot of vote's so I will take a serious look at it.

Klenger,

I was actually reading through all the stuff you have online last night. That Brakesmart looks like a real slick set up. I'm not sure yet what I will use for a controller but it will be something good like the Brakesmart or Prodigy.

Gee, I thought it was going to be because you realized what a great group of folks hang out around here. Or. or perhaps because of the pelthora of excellent advice. :D

One other thing you might need to do...

Spring over trailer to level out with p. u. 3rd gen 4x4 bed rails are high Since your p. u. is a 2500 you might luck out if your trailer already sits real high and your bed drops alot from wt.

good luck
