well, i'm finally Bombing the truck. here is my parts list.

HTB2/12 turbo
ATS Manifold
FASS
Stage 1 Pro Guard 7
SBC CON OFE
still waiting on the Mach 4s

so far everything is installed accept the Mach 4s. HUGE thanks to Olee at Power By Poole for helping me pick out my parts. i just hate waiting for those injectors to get in.
just had the clutch installed and almost freaked out as it was really stiff getting into gear. now that i have a few hundred miles on it, it feels almost like stock. anyone else with a similar setup, what kind of power should i be seeing when i get the 4s installed? how much can i tow safely with this setup?
oh yeah, i finally got over the "should i cut a hole in my bed" dilema and put in 5" mitre cut stacks, straight piped. all i have to say is UNBELIEVABLE how insane this thing sounds. Olee, i can't thank you enough for that kit. i thought about the 6" stacks, but the 5s are just fine. my wife likes 'em, i'm happy, lol.
i sure hope those injectors get here soon as i'm going on a long trip to northern wisconsin and want to give the complete system a good mileage test. i hope my mileage will stay the same or go up with normal driving. anyway, let me know what you all think. :D

I'd say that you will probably dyno around 375hp & 700-750lbft, but its hard to say for sure. I don't know what the old catcher puts down on a dyno. As far as towing... the 62/12 spools fast & cools good. I tried one out on my truck & really liked the fast initial spoolup, but thought it was a little slow to fully light off. I have 150 injectors & had to drive by the pyro with that turbo when hauling 15-18k, but every truck is different. I think you will be happy, but if not the super stock upgrade is only $300 if you send it to HT. Good Luck

If I remember correctly, Bob Wagner made 400hp with the catcher, Mach 4's and a Dodgezilla (35/40 hybrid). You should be close to that.

actually, i was going to buy the HTT manifold to mate to the HTB2 turbo, but he talked me out of it. in comparing the two side by side, the ATS has beefier lines and bends, the inside openings are a bit smoother/cleaner, and the finish is much better. for $15 more, the ATS was all round much better buy, at least to me. :)

Why did he recommend the ATS manifold?
