My girlfriends dad went to his buddies machine shop and they looked over my EF knob, and factory knob retaining nut (had to keep remembering not to let the knob twist for a few days, interesting  )

Walked in at her house tonight after work, and her dad looks at me and goes "are you in the Dodge?". I'm like "yeah"Oo. Oo. Oo. :D Well let's go see if this thing fits!:D

Had to fool with if for a second because it was still just barely off in diameter, but we managed to get it to thread its own way on to the stick.

MUCH, bigger than I had originally though. Longer too, but its not threaded all the way down so that might be part of that. I will say though as all the guys with the EF knobs have said it makes finding gears A LOT easier.

Anybody still interested in any "slightly used" EF knobs I can get. I'm sorry but since my adapter bushing had to be special made by my girlfriends dad I can't ask him to do a lot. So you'll have to talk to Bob Verhoef @ verhoef@crpud.net. He can get you an adapter bushing for the EF knob.

If anyones interested just let me know and I'll send you a price range (still haven't gotten to an exact dollar yet, but within a few)

Glad you finally got the EF installed, sorry I couldn't help more :( . Big 10-4 on finding the gears easier, I could not believe how much easier the truck shifted with the EF. Enjoy !!!
