I was a Senior in college and ready to graduate and the dean said I need to prove I can type to get my degree in Elementary Ed. I said no way, I was one semester away. So during my intern teaching I sat in a typing 1 class with freshman so I could get the basics and prove to the dean I could type. About half way through the semester on the College campus I looked him up and he made me type from a book. I could type faster the he could with fewer errors. I really liked that lady that helped me, Thanks, Mrs. Harrison. The keys you referred to are the home keys as my teacher told us.

It's interesting to see not only how many posts people have, but also the "posts per day" on their profile. .

I have like 1. 69 per day,, Okie-Go has like 2. 78 and TxDieselKid has over 2 per day.



That is alot of typing.



I'm taking two typing classes as I type this. Actually, I'm done with one class,, nevermind.



I can type a peak of 55words per minute if I look at the keyboard, and ~30 WPM if I don't look at the 'board.

Its not really that many anymore... ... . I used to get on from work but can't anymore cuzz they caught one of the "bosses" looking at porno all day long. So they yanked everyones access... . end of story. Soooo I do more reading then posting now days... ... I think



Since I work nights... . I usually have nuthing else better to do then screw around on the "net" since I have wed and thursdays off. Then of course having a cable modem, makes it convient... "click" there it is... no waiting, no nuthing lol.

I wonder if it is bad or good to have a lot of post's. I try not to post unless I have something to say. I am a teacher with a conference period every day. I hae weekends off and the summer.
