I finally got my truck back from the upfitters. The shipping company for the dump body too over 3 weeks to ship it from NY state to NH!

Shippers don't want to send any truck out unless it is a full load.

Precission Truck Body of Pittsfield NH did a nice job. Notice the mud flaps between the rear wheels and the truck boxes to keep the road spray off the boxes ... a nice touch. The AirFlo dump body is SWEEEET, especially the drop down sides.

ANYONE GETTING A DUMP BODY NEEDS TO GET THE DROP DOWN SIDES!!! When I had my flatbed hooked up this morning I had to load/unload a lot of stuff for our Shooting range clean up day and the drop sides were KEY to getting at the equipment and materials.

FATCAT, good looking truck. Drop down sides are da bomb! I wish we had them back when I was working out of a 1 ton with a box. ;)

Nice truck FATCAT, the bed looks great. Should I believe the "NOT FOR HIRE"

sticker on the bed :-laf. You must move a lot of dirt from one property to the other. So now you've had a few miles on her , what do you think of it? And the 6. 7 CTD what about it?

Well, I really only have about 250 miles on it so far. It will be a weekend truck only (though my old '97 wants some seat time as well ... she has been giving me a dirt look since I brought that new one home).

The "Not For Hire" is just that ... for now. If I do decide to do some weekend business (depending if anyone at my company gets a raise this year), I will apply for the DOT numbers.

You can trust me, I'm not like the others . . I won't take any money for delivering a side of bark mulch to a neighbor.

I have a friend who has a few building lots across the boarder in Maine and she wants them cleared. She just wants a couple cords and I can have the rest (something like 20 cords). Thats gonna be a lot of weekends this summer/fall. It will cut into my CMP match time.
