Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) fire ringing and o-ringing a head

whats the difference between fire ringing and 0-ring-ing a head ,,, and whats the pros and cons,,, and any other info the trd memebers would have ,,, thanks tony

fire rings sit on the block and o-ring is used with the stock head gsk.

fire rings will hold 70psi or more and o-rings will hold up to 70psi, but I have o-rings right now and running about 65 maybe 70 lbs of boost and still have head gsk problems.
