Fire wall insulation coming loose -Help

the heat/sound insulation is comming loose on pass fire wall behind ex manifold and down pipe.
How is it attached and how do I get it stuck back on fire wall???????? #ad

I used X-77 spray adhesive to reattach mine,it's hard to a good job without removing the engine or hiring a midget.
