Any Current or former Loram employees?

Well I finally got a laptop. I need to move my bookmarks and passwords from my desktop to this one. I cant seem to find where the file is containing this.

Help!

Thanks

eric

In Firefox pull your bookmarks menu down to "organize bookmarks" and then you'll see a menu item up top "Import and Backup" - do a backup and then move that file to your new PC and go to the same place and do a restore and "choose file" and it will load them right in.

When you backup it will create a . json file, copy that onto your new computer.

From your new computer when you restore, pick the . json file you copied over

How's that? Dumb is my native language :-laf:-laf:-laf

When I click on the json file in my email it pops open a box "open with firefox" I click "ok" and it dont do anything.
I've checked my FF bookmarks and nada.
What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: Think dumber Kenny. :)

I take it ur emailing it from one computer to another... Don't open it, you need to save it Im not sure what email program your using... try right clicking... .

if not put it on a thumb drive and move it to the other computer

The patriot, I'm computer illiterate but I believe what kenny61 is talking about is Flash Drive with a USB connector.

I have two of them one (1GB) that will work on the old computer(windows 98) and then new computer (xp). We(my sister)were able to down load a driver so it would work on the old computer(we tranferred files from old to new with it) and I bought a 8GB on Black Friday several year later.
