Hmmm, not bad for the first tank with 95% of the driving stop & go and very short trips (about 1 -2 miles) where the truck did not even get close to warming up. Overhead read 13. 5, so it is off a little. As soon as I filled the tank and got on the freeway for about 4-5 miles the overhead read 21 mpg!
I have not gotten the reflash... . My truck falls within the range of dates and engine serial #'s. Kind of on the fence, if it ain't broke... ... ..... but would the flash give me better mpg? I want to run about 10 more tanks through it to see what the real average is and to also continue to hear from other members who have had the reflash.
Diesel today in western WA was $2. 25 per gallon at Flying J, what a rip-off, when unleaded was $1. 89, what gives? Jeeez!
